SorghumX

SorghumX is an agriculture technology initiative focused on bringing together agricultural expertise, precision technology, and long-term value for farmers, partners, and investors. The challenge was to build a visual identity that could connect two sides of the business, the grounded, human nature of agriculture and the precision of modern technology while creating a system that could grow across different communication touchpoints.

THE OUTCOME

THE OUTCOME

The new identity creates a visual language that brings agriculture and technology into the same system grounded enough to feel connected to the field, while structured enough to communicate a more modern and data-driven business.

The identity was then extended into a flexible visual system for digital communication, social content, data-led storytelling, and physical applications.

THE CHALLENGE

THE CHALLENGE

• Bridging Two Worlds
How might the identity connect the organic, human side of agriculture with the precision and technology behind modern farming? The visual language needed to feel credible in both worlds without becoming overly traditional or overly technical.

• Building a Scalable System
The identity needed to work beyond the logo. It had to provide a consistent visual foundation across digital platforms, social content, educational communication, physical materials, and future brand applications.

STRATEGIC APPROACH

STRATEGIC APPROACH

The visual direction was built around the idea of Craftsmanship meets Precision. Rather than treating agriculture and technology as opposing visual worlds, the system brings them together through three principles:

01. Grounded
Organic forms, natural references, and an earthy palette connect the brand back to agriculture and the people behind it.

02. Precise
A structured grid, typography, and controlled graphic elements introduce a sense of accuracy and technology.

03. Flexible
The visual language was designed as a system rather than a single look, allowing the identity to adapt across different types of content and applications.

1. LOGOMARK ARCHITECTURE

1. LOGOMARK ARCHITECTURE

The logomark combines two ideas within a simple geometric structure. The leaf represents agriculture, growth, and the natural foundation of the business, while the X introduces the idea of connection, linking agricultural knowledge with technology, data, and future possibilities. The mark was developed on a geometric grid to maintain consistency and flexibility across different sizes and applications.

2. COLOR & TYPOGRAPHY

2. COLOR & TYPOGRAPHY

The color palette combines deep forest green, warm cream, and muted gold to create a visual connection with agriculture while maintaining a contemporary feel.

For typography, a dual-language system was developed to support both English and Thai communication.

English: Fraunces + Noto Sans
Thai: Noto Sans Thai + Sarabun

The combination balances character and readability across brand communication, digital content, and longer-form information.

3. DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM

3. DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM

The identity was extended into a digital visual system designed to support different types of agricultural communication.

Rather than relying on a single visual treatment, the system uses different content approaches for different purposes:

• Field Stories
Authentic photography and human-led storytelling bring the brand closer to the people and environments behind the business.

• Performance Insights
Simple data visualisation helps communicate agricultural and business information in a clearer, more structured way.

• Educational Content
A consistent graphic language makes complex topics easier to organise and communicate across social and digital platforms.
