THE CHALLENGE

THE CHALLENGE

The existing website no longer reflected the direction of the business. As Clinixir evolved, the digital experience needed to support both a more professional brand presence and a growing amount of information.

01. Making Information Easier to Navigate

The existing information structure needed to be simplified so visitors could find relevant services and content more easily.

02. Evolving the Visual Language

The previous visual direction relied heavily on illustration. The new direction needed to feel more grounded in the clinical and professional nature of the business without losing warmth.

03. Building for Growth

The website needed a CMS that could support ongoing content updates, marketing activities, and future expansion.

Strategic Approach

Strategic Approach

The redesign focused on three connected areas: structure, visual language, and the digital foundation.

The approach was to simplify how information is organised, refine how the brand is expressed, and build the new experience on a CMS that could support the business beyond the initial launch.

1. Structural Simplification

1. Structural Simplification

The website structure was reorganised around the information visitors need most.

We simplified the sitemap and grouped related content into clearer sections, making the relationship between services, expertise, and supporting information easier to understand.

The goal was to create a more straightforward path through the site without removing the depth of information required for a clinical consultancy.

2. VISUAL IDENTITY SHIFT

2. VISUAL IDENTITY SHIFT

The visual direction moved away from the illustration-heavy language of the previous website toward a more restrained and professional system.

Photography

Clinical environments and real-world imagery were introduced to give the website a stronger connection to the industry and the work Clinixir represents.

Colour

A muted colour palette creates a calmer and more focused visual environment, allowing content and imagery to take a more central role.

Overall Direction

The result is a visual language that feels more mature and precise, while still maintaining a human quality appropriate for a healthcare-related business.

3. Technical Migration

3. Technical Migration

The new website was migrated to HubSpot to provide a more flexible foundation for ongoing content and marketing activities.

From a design perspective, the experience was developed with the CMS structure in mind, creating reusable content patterns and page structures that could be maintained and extended beyond the initial launch.

This allowed the new visual system to work as part of a broader digital framework, rather than as a one-off website design.
