Kagome is a Japanese food and beverage brand known for its vegetable juices and tomato-based products.

From 2021–2023, I worked across social media and POSM, adapting the brand’s communication for the Thai market while maintaining alignment with the global brand direction.

THE OUTCOME

THE OUTCOME

The work established a more locally relevant visual and content approach for Kagome’s communication in Thailand, while staying within the brand’s existing identity.

Across social and POSM, the system was adapted to support different campaigns, product messages, and promotional moments without losing consistency.

The collaboration also expanded into larger consumer-facing activations, including the 30 Days Challenge.

THE CHALLENGE

THE CHALLENGE

Kagome’s communication originated from a Japanese brand system, while the Thai market required content that could work naturally within a different cultural and media context.

The challenge was to adapt the communication without losing the character of the global brand.

This meant finding a balance between clear product communication, stronger visual storytelling, and the practical needs of social media and retail touchpoints.

The work covered ongoing social media content, promotional campaigns, and POSM across different product and communication needs.

The visual approach was adapted from campaign to campaign while keeping key brand elements consistent, allowing the work to feel fresh without becoming disconnected from the parent brand.
